The Women’s Ministry at Ascension Anglican Church of Houston is a vibrant and nurturing fellowship of women dedicated to spiritual growth, service, and godly living. Led by Mrs. Barbara Nwosu, the wife of the Rector, this ministry seeks to empower women to deepen their walk with Christ and live out their faith in every area of life.

Through prayer meetings, Bible studies, mentoring, and special events, the Women’s Ministry provides opportunities for connection, encouragement, and discipleship. Women are equipped to grow in grace, serve their families, strengthen the church, and impact their communities with the love of Jesus.

Rooted in the Word of God and the Anglican tradition, the ministry celebrates the unique role of women in God’s kingdom and fosters a culture of compassion, prayer, and mutual support. Whether young or old, every woman is welcomed and valued as a vital part of the church family.
